The fermentation process is the basis for the distillation of spirits such as whiskey, moutwijn or maltwine, jenever, korenwijn and other grain distillates. The Stillery has 6 fermentation tanks in which 2000 liters can be fermented. The tanks are regulated with a computer-controlled cooling system so that optimal control of the process is achieved.
