We used many of the same floral ingredients as we did in The Stillery’s Most Floral Gin. The only thing different is the method of distilling. When we distill an alcoholic spirit we basically extract the flavor with the vapor of the alcohol. This works very well, a proven concept. When we distill The Stillery’s Virgin we can’t use alcohol for obvious reasons. So we resort to water and steam. This changes everything. And it makes this virgin just as good but very different from our gin.
The Stillery’s Virgin is best served in the mix. This floral juniper treat is best served with your favorite tonic or soda. The deep floral notes really spice up your drink. Garnish your V&T with lime or get a slice of exotic buddha fingers when you’re feeling fancy. This Virgin also works very well in low ABV cocktails. These will be available soon.
Since there is absolutely no alcohol in The Stillery’s Virgin we recommend a shelf life of 6 months after opening. If for some reason, and we don’t recommend this, you choose not to open the bottle, we can safely say it can be kept for 1 year before it reaches its best before date. Look for the production date near the bottom of the bottle.

First and foremost, let me just say it again, you’ll find no alcohol in this 0.0% Virgin. Which is less than your typical apple or orange. The ingredients range from the root of the rhubarb and angelica to the flowers of the common daisy, the purple mallow, the common poppy a bit of jasmine and our personal favorite, rose hip. So treat yourself to this floral delight and get a bottle!
