They say that the best things come to those who wait, but in this case patience was not an option. Two years ago The Stillery Amsterdam announced they were working on a new project and it's finally ready for release! Refreshing notes of Dutch seaweeds and botanicals from the dune soil are proof there is something special about this gin made with only local and Organic ingredients - think blackberry leaves and sea buckthorn. The Stillery's North Sea Gin contains 41% alcohol and is available in 0.5 litre bottles. On the label we have depicted a mermaid. She mysteriously holds a juniper berry in her hand as she looks sultry beneath her swaying hair. With this figurehead, our North Sea Gin symbolizes the union of land and water

LOCAL WITH A TWIST

The Stillery's Dutch North Sea Gin is made with a selection of organic local ingredients that have been carefully selected to give it an authentic taste. Local and organic, this unique gin contains seaweed growing in the beautiful waters just off our coast - toothed wrack and Japanese wireweed are two of those seaweeds you'll find here. All of these organic ingredients are carefully selected by Master Distiller Pascal. The organic and handpicked produce that is used is what makes the Dutch North Sea Gin a truly unique spirit.

AWARDS

Our North Sea Gin is very different from our first gin, The Stillery’s Most Floral Gin. Nevertheless, both have won gold medals in The Spirits Business awards. The Stillery's Dutch North Sea gin won gold in 2021 during The Spirits Business Awards in the organic gin category.
